Our Customer Service group anticipates that due to Hurricane Florence you may experience longer than normal telephone wait times. Because of this we ask that all non-emergency calls be placed next week during regular business hours. If you are calling regarding a water or sewer emergency, please stay on the line and an agent will be with you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
CWSNC will be installing a new valve in the water system today beginning at approximately 10 am at the following locations: Black Oak Dr., Plum Ct., Wild Cherry Ct. Hawthorne Ct and Rock Creek Ct. Street addresses are listed at the end of this notice.
Customers may experience brief periods of lower than normal water pressure.
Service should return to normal by approximately 1 pm, if you continue to experience any problems after 2 pm, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-525-7990. While we do not anticipate any problems or inconveniences, customers may experience brief periods of lower than normal water pressure, possible cloudy water and/or temporary discoloration.
We will be flushing the system once the installation has been completed to help alleviate any air or discoloration of the water. As a precaution, we recommend customers postpone laundry washing until the flushing has been completed and the water returns to normal.
If you should have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-525-7990.
Our success in reaching our water and wastewater customers depends on the customer not blocking our telephone number. If you block our number on caller I.D., then any notices for service issues will not be delivered.
